This guidance document provides permit reviewers with a process to evaluate and determine air pollution control requirements. In addition, the document is available to the regulated community and the public to provide an understanding of air pollution control requirements and . Dear RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse Participant: Enclosed is an informational flyer on the renamed and continuing RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse (RBLC). Its purpose is to keep you informed about publications and changes to the Clearinghouse and related New Source Review activities that may affect you when conducting new source permitting activities.
