FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF STABILIZED AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEELS IN TERMS OF TEMPERATURE AND HOLD TIME EFFECTS from its absolute maximum was adopted to avoid practical problems with variable cyclic softening and hardening behavior of stainless steels. Effect of reactor coolant water was studied in a VTT designed fatigue bellows facility.   To further understand the effect of annealing time on the TE performance of the films, samples were annealed at °C for different duration of time from 15 min to 1 h. The °C annealing temperature was chosen for further analysis as the maximum power factor was attained at this temperature.

The influence of annealing conditions on the crystallinity of Ge deposited on Si () is investigated.
